2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website

  • Customers must provide accurate information

  • Payment is required to confirm bookings and is processed via secure third-party providers

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund

  • 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund

Failure to arrive on time is considered a no-show (non-refundable).

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Customers are responsible for requesting changes

  • Changes must be made via our website or official WhatsApp contact

  • Changes are subject to availability

5. Participation Requirements

  • You must arrive on time at the meeting point

  • You must follow all instructions from guides or providers

  • We may refuse participation without refund if you pose a safety risk

6. Third-Party Providers

  • Third-party providers are independent and responsible for their services

  • Gorayna.com is not liable for:

    • Service quality

    • Safety standards

    • Delays, cancellations, or incidents

7. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By booking or participating, you acknowledge that activities (including boat tours, ATV rides, nightlife events, and walking tours) involve risks such as:

  • Injury, illness, or death

  • Accidents, falls, or drowning

  • Theft or loss of personal belongings

You voluntarily assume all risks.

Waiver of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Colombian law, you agree that Gorayna.com is not liable for:

  • Any injury, loss, or damage

  • Participation in any activity

  • Actions of third-party providers

  • Force majeure events (weather, strikes, etc.)

Fitness & Conduct

You confirm that:

  • You are fit to participate

  • You will follow safety instructions and local laws

  • You participate voluntarily

Personal Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your belongings

  • Gorayna.com is not liable for loss or theft

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Gorayna.com harmless from any claims or damages arising from:
